I SPELLED PEPPER WRONG!!!!!! NOOOOOOOO!!! i'll phix dat lader! noe worrys.

well, i came home for the weekend. updates will still be infrequent for a bit, bear with me!
she's got...mace! sorry if that's disappointing, a gun might be a little heavy haha. apparently mace by design doesn't make affect everyone within a 10 ft radius... but it's my story so nyah nyah. maybe it broke, it's a mystery!
i just read an eisner graphic novel and i really admired his experimentation with panels. i tried to create some of what i saw here with overlap and word bubble barriers. i like how the bottom row can be read either way because the downward lines of panels 2-4 lead the eye to the bottom right corner of the page.
and just to clarify, the line of mace did not bend backward toward Liza. when i had this page in my head i didn't see it looking that way, sorry!!
